Quizext is an AI-powered quiz generation platform that allows users to create quizzes from documents, text, and other content sources. We offer free and paid subscription plans with different credit allowances.
To use Quizext, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Quizext operates on a credit system. Free plan users receive 3 credits per day. Paid subscribers (Scholar and Expert plans) receive monthly credit allocations. Credits are non-transferable. New accounts receive 5 bonus credits valid for 30 days.
You agree not to: upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content; attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our systems; use the service to generate misleading or harmful quiz content; share your account credentials with others; or use automated tools to abuse the credit system.
You retain ownership of content you upload to Quizext. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for quiz generation purposes. We do not permanently store uploaded files.
Quiz questions are generated by AI models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Quizext does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Generated quizzes are for educational purposes only.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the billing period, after which you revert to Free plan. No refunds for partial months.
The Quizext platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Quizext and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.
Quizext is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of data or interruption of service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quizext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Quizext after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
