Quizext uses AI models (Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) to generate quiz questions from content you provide. Content you submit for quiz generation is processed by these AI providers according to their respective privacy policies. We do not store your uploaded documents permanently — they are processed in memory and discarded after quiz generation.
Your account information, quiz history, and scores are stored securely in our database. We use PocketBase for data storage hosted on Railway. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We use localStorage (browser storage) to maintain your session and preferences such as theme settings. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We use the following third-party services: Anthropic (AI generation for paid plans), Google Gemini (AI generation for free plan), Resend (email delivery), PocketBase/Railway (data storage), and Vercel (hosting). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Quiz history and results are retained to provide you with performance tracking and recommendations.
